How can I get a quote?
We can give most pricing estimates over the phone. You may call us at 314-407-5342, or simply fill out an online estimates form on our website and we will call you!
Does someone have to come to my house before I book?
How are cleanings priced?
Our cleanings are priced on a flat-rate basis, not by the hour. We take into consideration the size and specifications of the home
Are cleaning supplies and equipment included?
Yes, we bring all of our own supplies and equipment. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly products that are safe for humans, pets, and the environment.
Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I am scheduled?
We provide an estimated arrival time. Our team cleans from 9am to 5pm. We can not guarantee an exact time for your visit due to the nature of our business and changing schedules. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?
Contact us within 24 hours and we will come back free of charge. The cleaners must be able to come back into the home within the next 2 business days.
Do you require a contract?
No. We work to earn your continued business with every cleaning.
What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
We ask that you take a few minutes the night before to remove dirty dishes from sinks and pick up any items that limit our access to areas to be cleaned, such as floors, counters, and tables.
What is included in a Meadows Deep Clean?
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Vacuum living room furniture, under edges of rugs, under couches & beds (if accessible)
- Light straightening and tidying
- Tidying beds
- Dust top to bottom, including light fixtures
- Clean and sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops
- Dust and spot clean fronts of cabinets in kitchens and bathrooms
- Clean and polish exterior of appliances and inside of microwave
- Wet wipe tables and chairs
- Clean and degrease range hood and stove top
- Wash and sanitize kitchen sink, faucet, backsplash, and countertops
- Empty and line waste baskets
- Wet wipe fronts of cabinets in kitchens and bathrooms
- Wet wipe window sills and baseboards
- Clean mirrors throughout home
- Detail clean and disinfect doorknobs & switchplates
- Dust ceiling fans
